FLORAINDEX editor assessment
Wild at Heart offers a distinctive design-led flower service, with a broad bouquet range, bespoke weddings and events, and weekly home and business flowers. Its own history and project portfolio support an established brand reputation, although independent customer outcomes were not verified for this assessment. Same-day London and wider UK delivery provide useful reach, with postcode exclusions and courier-delay limitations. Customer support is accessible by telephone and email, and published shop and studio addresses add contact transparency. The website provides product choices, prices and organised service navigation; its journal and social links give it a substantial digital presence, but checkout and response times were not tested. Returns and substitution policies are available, yet trust and policy clarity are weakened by inconsistent customer information: official sources differ on express delivery fees and Monday shop opening. Confirm those details before paying or visiting, and note the 24-hour window for reporting flower-order problems with photographs. A strong option for local London customers and nationwide gifting, with international event enquiries distinct from overseas bouquet delivery.
About Wild at Heart
Overview
Wild at Heart is a British florist led by Nikki Tibbles, combining hand-tied bouquets with bespoke wedding and event flowers. Its London presence includes the Turquoise Island shop in Notting Hill, while online orders serve eligible destinations across the UK. The business focuses on expressive floral design, from gift bouquets to installations and tablescapes for celebrations.
Flowers and services
The online range includes mixed bouquets, single-stem selections, bridal bouquets and flower subscriptions, alongside gifts and homeware. Bespoke wedding and event design sits alongside weekly flowers for homes, hotels and business contracts. Seasonal availability can change the individual stems in a bouquet; the florist's terms explain that substitutions aim to retain the original design's look and feel.
Delivery and ordering
Wild at Heart advertises same-day London delivery for online orders placed before 4pm, subject to its eligible postcodes. Next-day and nominated-day services are offered in London and nationwide, seven days a week. Same-day London orders use private couriers; DPD handles nationwide and London next-day or nominated-day orders. Standard delivery is listed at £15. The delivery page excludes the Scottish Isles, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey and the Scilly Isles. Nationwide service should therefore not be read as coverage of every UK address. Check the recipient's postcode and requested date before ordering.
- Before you pay
- official delivery information gives conflicting express-fee ranges: £15–£35, £15–£45 and a postcode-zone schedule reaching £70. Obtain the actual charge for your address before confirming the order. The terms also warn that courier delays can affect the requested delivery date.

The contact and shops pages agree on Tuesday–Saturday opening at the Notting Hill shop, 8am–5pm, but differ about Monday opening. Confirm directly before a Monday visit. The shops page says the former Liberty team has relocated to the Battersea studio, so do not assume there is still a Liberty shop.
After delivery
Fresh flowers and food or beverage products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns under the published policy. For an unsatisfactory or transit-damaged flower order, the florist asks customers to make contact within 24 hours of receipt, quoting the order number and supplying at least four photos of the flowers and delivery box. Keep the packaging until any issue has been resolved.
